Safety and Route Disclaimer
These rules apply to every rental booked through appdevelopmgent.com and form part of the rental agreement.
1. Helmet and traffic rules
Wear a fastened helmet for the whole ride and follow the traffic rules of Ukraine. Use cycle lanes where available, give way to pedestrians and never ride on motorways, pavements or in pedestrian zones. Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, carrying a passenger and using a phone without a hands-free set are prohibited.
2. Riding restrictions
Equipment is intended for riders aged 18 or over unless the rental agreement states otherwise. Observe local curfews and area restrictions, park only in permitted zones and lock the vehicle. Do not ride in storms, ice or heavy rain. Call 101 or 102 after any accident, then notify us.
3. Battery-range estimates
Range figures on this site are estimates based on manufacturer data and typical use. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature, speed and battery age and may be lower; it is not a guarantee of availability or performance, in line with Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.
4. Route suggestions
Suggested routes are planning aids only. We do not inspect them daily and do not guarantee surface quality, signage, access or safety. Check conditions yourself, respect closures and choose a route suited to your skills.
5. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII. Cancellation, refund and complaint rules are set out in the rental agreement. Send claims to contact@appdevelopmgent.com or +380 731 571 7730; we reply within 30 days.
6. Personal data and language
Personal data from booking and contact forms is processed under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI; non-essential cookies are set only after consent. Service information is also available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII.
