Duration, equipment and handover

The rental period is confirmed at booking. Handover requires age 18+ and a valid driving licence. Included equipment is listed at checkout (battery, charger, helmet, lock). A signed checklist records condition; report existing damage before use.

Price, deposit, taxes and fees

Total price, refundable deposit and fees appear before confirmation. The deposit is refunded after return and inspection, minus damage, late or cleaning charges. Taxes are included where stated.

Cancellation and refunds

Under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII, cancellations at least 24 hours before start are fully refunded; later cancellations may incur a charge. Refunds go to the original payment method. Complaints: contact@appdevelopmgent.com.

Damage, late fees and liability

Renters are liable for loss or damage during the rental, up to the deposit or repair cost. Late returns incur the hourly rate per extra hour.

Advertising and data

Range, safety, insurance, availability and price claims are truthful under Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI; non-essential cookies require consent.
