2. Data we collect
- Name, email, phone, delivery address.
- Rental dates, items, order notes, messages.
- Payment status and transaction reference.
- Browser type, IP address, consent records.
3. Why we use it
To confirm bookings, arrange delivery and pickup, take payment, answer enquiries and keep statutory records. Bases: your request before contracting, the rental agreement, legal duties, and your consent for service updates. We make no automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies
Necessary cookies run before consent. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner; you can withdraw that choice at any time.
5. Sharing and retention
We share limited data with payment processors, delivery partners and hosting providers acting on our instructions and never sell personal data. Booking and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Ukrainian law; enquiry data is deleted within 24 months of last contact.
6. Your rights
Write to contact@appdevelopmgent.com to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing or withdraw consent; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Authorised Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights. This does not limit your rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII.
7. Language and updates
A Ukrainian version is available on request, per Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII. We may amend this policy; see the revision date below.
