Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of appdevelopmgent.com and every rental booking made through it.

1. Provider

Details published before ordering under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII.

2. Bookings and conduct

You must be 18 or older with legal capacity and give accurate details. A booking binds when we confirm it by email; price, deposit and delivery fee are payable before the rental starts. Do not misuse or scrape the site or resell our services without consent. You are responsible for the item from handover to return.

3. Service claims

Claims about range, safety, insurance, availability and price are truthful and substantiated, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.

4. Consumer rights and refunds

Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII. Cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the rental starts; later cancellations may be charged for the reserved period. Approved refunds are paid within 7 calendar days. Faulty items may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

5. Complaints and law

Email contact@appdevelopmgent.com or call +380 731 571 7730 with your booking number; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes are heard by the courts of Ukraine under Ukrainian law.

6. Privacy and liability

We process form data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI; non-essential cookies are set only with consent. The site is provided "as is"; liability is excluded only as Ukrainian law permits. Ukrainian-language information is available on request (Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII).
